RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional experience in insurance sales or retail customer service required
- Personal Lines, and Life & Health licenses (or a willingness to get them) required
- Bilingual: proficiency in English, and Spanish is preferred
- Open-minded, and willing to learn and try new things (processes, technology, strategy)
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

- Our office is located in CHICAGO, RIVERNORTH NEIGHBORHOOD.
- Our office is open M-Friday: 9am-5:00pm; By Appt on Saturday.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2006.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
- I am a proud graduate of Illinois State University.
- We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
- We have over 30 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Bronze Tablet
- Additional languages spoken: Spanish
